  2. Dependiente:

    "Hola. ¿Tiene el tique de compra?"

    Hello. Do you have the receipt?

  3. Cliente:

    "Sí, aquí tiene. Me gustaría el reembolso, si es posible."

    Yes, here it is. I would like a refund, if possible.

  4. Dependiente:

    "Lo siento, solo hacemos cambios o vales de tienda. ¿Quiere otra talla?"
