  1. Hygienist:

    "Good morning. Are you ready for your cleaning? How often do you floss?"

  2. Patient:

    "I try to floss every night, but sometimes I forget. I have some tartar buildup, right?"

    "Yes, there is a bit of tartar on the back teeth. I will scrape that off now."
