  2. Официант:

    "Мне очень жаль. В чем проблема?"

    Je suis vraiment désolé. Quel est le problème ?

  3. Клиент:

    "Суп довольно холодный, и я полагаю, это не то, что я заказывал."

    La soupe est assez froide, et je crois que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandé.

  4. Официант:

    "О, прошу прощения. Я отнесу это на кухню и немедленно принесу вам нужное горячее блюдо."

    Oh, je m'excuse. Je vais le ramener en cuisine et vous apporter le bon plat chaud immédiatement.
